All of Maida Heatter’s recipes are excellent, always a hit and delicious. I have been a fan of all her cookbooks and own them all. Many of my favorite cakes are her recipes. I love the Marble Pound Cake and her “Best Damn Lemon Cake.” She is very specific about details and makes baking fun.
